 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), ソーシャルワーカーを養成する一方法として、筆者は「社会福祉基礎ゼミI」を利用し、模擬相談者との面接を体験させる方法を採り人れた。筆者のゼミでのテーマは「保健医療機関におけるソーシャルワークの展開」である。このゼミは、保健・医療機関のソーシャルワークの機能について理解を深めさせることを目的としている。 この方法による面接を始める前に、「業務指針」の簡単な解説と、事例の紹介を行い、保健・医療機関におけるソーシャルワーカーの働きについて講義した。 学生は模擬相談者(50～60歳代のボランティア)との面接に緊張感をもって臨んだ。この体験は学生の学習意欲を高めたように感じる。なぜなら、学生は「病院のソーシャルワーク部門をぜひ見学したい」という強い要望を出すようになったからである。 対象は2年次の学生であり、学生数は18名である。, In my lesson, I adapted the method of personally experiencing an interview with a simulated client concerning the training methods of social workers in hospital. The reason for this is to advance the understanding of that field. Before the start of this method, I told to students an introduction of the case and a simple explanation of the work guidance's. I lectured the work related to the social worker in hospital. Tensely the students interviewed with a simulated client (volunteers, 50～GOyears old). Their experience would raise the students desire to study, because they began to show a strong desire to observe the social workers section in hospital. The objects of this are second year students, the number of students is 18.},
