 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), ソーシャルワーカーに焦点を当てて創作され、放映された連続テレビドラマである「天使のように生きてみたい」(1992年)の第1回放送分について、そこでのソーシャルワーカー像の描写の仕方をソーシャルワークの専門的視点から検討した。映像作品で一般に紹介されることが稀なソーシャルワーカーを主人公が目指す職種に設定し、この職種への関心を喚起している上に、厳しい経営環境の中でも患者サービスの向上を図る目的からソーシャルワーカーを新たに雇用し、専門の相談室を開設するという病院の取り組みを描くことで、医療機関におけるこの職種の有用性も示唆していた。しかし、養成教育のプロセスが簡略化されており、志望者に求められる専門知識・技術とその習得に要する努力が極めて軽く扱われている上、ソーシャルワーカーと他の医療職が立脚する根本的な価値観・基本的理論に関して大きな誤解を招くセリフが主人公によって明言されており、適切さを欠いていた。, The television drama program that described the social worker as a chief character was done nationwide broadcasting of in 1992. It was the first time in my country. A similar program has not yet announced afterwards. I examined this fictional program from a technical viewpoint of a social work this time. I Positive evaluation l)It tells about existence of a social worker for a lot of audiences. 2) It describes the reality of hospital management under a social insurance medical care svstem and works of the office work staff. 3)It describes that there is a difference in degree of understanding for adoption of a social worker. 2 Negative evaluation l)A process of education to train a social worker is incorrect. 2)There is the scene causing big misunderstanding in a technical situation of a social worker and other medical care staff.},
