 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), ソーシャルワーカーの専門的力量の解明を多角的に進めていくための予備的研究として、現職のソーシャルワーカーは日々の実践や自己像をどのように認識しているのかを探るインタビュー調査を試みた。研究方法としては、教育心理学の分野で行われている学校教師の熟達化研究を参考にし、比喩生成課題を若手とベテランの医療ソーシャルワーカー5人ずつの計10人に対して実施した。「ソーシャルワーカー」「ソーシャルワーク」「クライエント」の3つについて、比喩表現を求めた結果、非常に多様な回答が得られ、同一表現はわずかであった。比較的目立ったのは、クライエントを教師に喩える回答であり、同類の比喩が10人中4人から得られたが、その4人のうちの3人が若手ワーカーであった。援助対象者から様々な人生を学び、ソーシャルワーカーとしての経験を豊かにしようとする若手ワーカーの姿勢が窺われた。, We tried to interview research to ten social workers in health services, as the preliminary study of the professional competence of Social Workers. The purpose of this research is to make a matter clear about social worker's self image and recognition of social work practice. We referred to expert study of teachers in Educational Psychology and applied to the metaphor-making tasks. Five entry level social workers and five expert social workers were asked to make metaphors on 3 topics : Social worker, Social Work and Client. Results were as follows. 1. Their answers are very diverse and same item is a few. 2. The most same answers are client images compared to Teachers, by four persons. Then three persons among them are entry level Social workers.},
