Moreover, although establishment of the framework of the practical assistance method is needed for the formed networks to function effectively to an individual example, examination of the framework is not necessarily enough. The outside-framework of network function was clarified through present data analysis. Such as the enforcement of the organization of 13 regions, which is installing the regions abuse prevention networks in Niigata based on an awareness of the issues. Furthermore, if we take a case of examination from the Sanjo City Child Abuse Prevention Network for the practical framework on care management, the examination and framework of the network practice for development into consultation and support from network formation was shown.},
