Organizations or institutions that have to report are National Centers, National Hospitals, National Sanatoriums, University Affiliated Hospitals and other specific ones. However it has not been clear how to use these reporting data to improve quality of health care. On the other hand there are trials of establishing reporting system of medical accidents at the national level in the United States. However the reporting system has already been implemented in the several states. This study explores the present situation of state reporting system of medical accident, mainly focusing on that of Massachusetts and tries to compare that of New York and Florida states.
