 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), 作業療法の学生は職業的アイデンティティの形成過程で問題を抱えることがあり、それは特に臨床実習中、顕著になる。本研究の目的は、臨床実習における学生(以下臨床実習生)のアイデンティティの形成過程を明らかにし、さらに職業的アイデンティティの形成に必要な要件を検討する。 方法として、作業療法士に半構成的な面接を施行し臨床実習経験を語ってもらった。その臨床実習の経験からアイデンティティの形成過程を分析した。さらに、そのアイデンティティ形成過程のチャートを作成した。 その結果、アイデンティティ形成には「価値観」に関する抵抗があり、そこで、新たな「価値観」の気付きが起こる。それらの過程を経ることにより、作業療法士としてのアイデンティティが形成できた。このことから、臨床の場での他者との交流がアイデンティティ形成の重要な要件であることが明らかになった。, The student of occupational therapy has a problem in the composition process of identity as a professional. The problem of identity becomes remarkable especially while carrying out clinical practice. The purpose of this research is to clarify the composition process of students' identities. More over, we examine the requirement for identity to become a specialist. As a method, we performed the semistructured narrative interview to occupational therapists. We analyzed identity formation process from their experiences of clinical practice and created the chart of the formation process. The resistance sense of values is reouired for a clinical trainee's identity formation. In the identity formation process students experience the resistance sense of values and then start to notice new sense of values. Thus, student to form the identity as occupational therapists. In order to establish an identity as an occupational therapist' it is important to interact with various persons at a clinical place.},
