 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), 介護保険制度の改正に伴い各市町村においては、予防重視型システムの確立が求められており、今後それぞれの裁量に基づき介護予防サービスと地域支援事業に関して一貫性および連続性を重視した事業展開が求められることになる。そのような背景のなかで、介護予防事業に関してはいくつかの市町村において従来の制度に基づき既に展開していることから、こうした地域の現状分析を行なうことにより、今後の介護予防事業における方向性を予測することが可能になると考える。そこで、本研究においては、新潟県内の市町村を対象として介護保険法の改正前における介護予防事業の実施状況に関する調査を行ない、市町村における介護予防事業の現状を明らかにするとともに、介護予防事業の展開において影響を与える背景要因に関しても検討を行なった。, The prevention of dependency on long term care is the most important issue in the policy changes of the long term care insurance system. The local government which managed long term care insurance system would have to input some resources into the prevention of dependency on long term care and make a consistency of other related policy with that of long term care insurance.
