Thus, the methods for establishing such system have been considered. First, the basic frame works and concept on social work through consultation and support will be mentioned, followed by presenting a model of care management functioning on consultation and support system of which schools are the strong point. In this paper, we discuss the social work practice in schools carried out by the author without the analytical and survey data. The school-centered consultation and support system will be performed in north district of Niigata city, however, study and the check-up on effectiveness of this system will be remained for future.},
