The followings are the meaning of music therapy for children with developmental handicaps : (1) keeping the activity easily without noticing training atmosphere, (2) feeling of accomplishment enters children because it does not aim towards musical perfection, (3) present the non-verbal interaction to the children who do not have verbal communication skill, (4) make contribution of trainings for physical development because music easily induces physical movements, and (5) make contribution for increase of sociability through a group activity. The organization carrying out music therapy are (1) medical institutions, (2) public day care institutions (3) independent group (4) others. First, form of session and program will be decided and at the end recording and evaluation are carried out.
