Therefore, indirect treatment won't be able to get satisfactory effect. Importance will be attached to the report about the direct treatment process for stuttering from now on. Participant is a school child (female) that stuttering appears remarkably in the reading more than the conversation. We did the evaluatie of the awareness of own stuttering first. Then, speech training (direct approach) and environment maintenance (indirect approach) was done at the same time. In result, improvement appeared remarkably in the reading. And, good effect was brought to the conversation level a little.
