As the computer-aided teaching system, a website for 'Physiology' course is built and uploaded using free computer software. The students who took the course and used the website report that they are 1) highly motivated to the course, 2) more familiarized with the teaching materials provided, and 3) became able to properly conduct laboratory experimentations of the course. A functional linkage is developed between 'Physiology' and 'Clinical neurology' courses, in terms of the class schedule and the contents. A questionnaire is conducted with the students to evaluate the linkage. The results show that the students 1) are well aware of the linkage, 2)come to understand those contents better, and 3) expect the extension of the linkage.
