Although this definition to reason, studies regarding what role specifically local community people must play will be a topic for future research. That is, discussion must proceed, when conducting research targeting community based welfare, with regard to areas and content of activities conducted by local community people, and their issues concerning the creation of community based welfare societies must be clarified specifically.
