Cancer patients require not only medical treatment but also palliative care for cancer from the early stage both in hospital wards and at own home. Since the foundation of our university, the education for palliative care has been carried out, however, only limited number of students consider of palliative care in their laboratory course. This report discusses the education for future palliative care, based on the role of nurses in Citrus Valley Hospital., わが国では、がん患者の増加に伴い、より質の高いがん医療・がん看護が求められている。がんに罹患している患者に対しては、がんの治療のみならず、緩和ケアががんの治療初期段階から行われ、一般病棟や在宅においても緩和ケアは必要であるとされている。本学では開学当初より緩和ケアに関しての教育を行っている。しかし、学生は緩和ケアが重要な看護であることを知っていても、実習において、緩和ケアを看護計画に挙げてケアを実践する学生は少ない。本報告はCitrus Valley Hospiceにおける看護師の役割から今後の緩和ケア教育のあり方について考察したものである。},
