The purpose of this study was to evaluate the program by analyzing positive and negative factors from different viewpoints. For example, in the positive evaluation we became aware of the existence of social workers among patients, and the amount of knowledge required to do their jobs well. In the negative evaluation we noticed that the way social workers are trained in Japan is not fully explicit.
