 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of audio-visual materials in a child nursing program. The subjects were 70 students in the third year of their nursing program at a local university. The participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire before and after they used a DVD. Then the responses were compared and evaluated. The results showed that positive effects were observed with respect to many skills pertaining to “vital signs measurements” and“ complete bed baths”. It was also evident that those results were influenced （although it was not clear to what extent） by participants’ physical skills. However, it was unclear to what extent the DVD had actually influenced the participants to make decisions. In the future it is hoped that researches improve self-study materials by providing more realistic settings and include a variety of media and technology., 本研究の目的は小児看護学実習のために作成した小児看護学技術の視聴覚教材について、その有効性を検証することである。対象は地方にある大学の看護学科３年生７０名で、視聴覚教材であるDVDを使用した小児看護学実習前後に質問紙に回答してもらい分析を行った。その結果、「バイタルサイン測定」や「全身清拭」の多くの技術項目で有効性が示されたが「身体計測法・診察介助」では２項目のみの有効性にとどまった。これらの結果は実習で経験した技術の有無や頻度などが影響していると考えられ、教材そのものの有効性は不明瞭であった。しかし視聴覚教材の内容についての項目では全体に高い評価であり、わかりやすく役に立ったとの回答が得られた。今後は場面ごとに、より臨場感を持たせる工夫が求められ、オンデマンドシステムを活用した学習方法や、学習者のIT環境など、学習環境を整えることも課題としてあげられた。},
