 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), A total of ７０ nursing students took part in a voluntary postgraduate clinical nursing program at a local university. The participants received training in venous blood sampling, intravenous drip preparation, infusion pump operation, temporary urethral catheterization and oronasal suction. An anonymous questionnaire completed by students after the training showed that participants were generally satisfied with the tasks they performed. In addition, the training provided them with an opportunity to reaffirm areas of insufficient skills and knowledge. The results from this program are very similar to the research done a year earlier and therefore may indicate that the research is still highly relevant., 昨年に引き続き２度目となる、卒業直前の看護学生４年生を対象に、卒業後の臨床での看護実践に備え、就職後すぐに必要とする看護技術の自主的なトレーニングを実施した。参加学生は７０名で、①静脈血採血、②点滴準備・輸液ポンプの操作、③一時的導尿、④口鼻腔内吸引を実施した。トレーニング終了後、参加学生を対象に無記名によるアンケート調査を実施。その結果、体験技術を概ね実施できたと評価し、また、自身の技術や知識の不十分さを再確認する機会となり、そのことが学生自身の今後の課題認識へつながっていたことが確認され、これは、昨年度の結果とほぼ同様であった。このことから、昨年同様、本取り組みが有効であったことが示唆された。},
