In addition, the demand for nursing care workers is increasing in Japan, and this need is predicted to increase year after year for the foreseeable future. On the other hand, being a nursing care worker is said to be“ triply arduous( hard work, dirty work, low income)”, and even though the separation rate is high, the shortage of nursing staff for special nursing homes cannot be resolved. Therefore, in this study we focused on the continuation of employment in nursing care work, and carried out interview survey( FGI:focus group interviews) of the institutional administrators and nursing care workers from 83 special nursing homes in Osaka City. The results indicated that : [1] There was a difference in the perceptions of such“ welfare program”,“ Termination reason”, “factors affecting continuation of employment”, between the institutional heads and the nursing care staff. [2] There were various efforts for “factors affecting continuation of employment”, conducted in the each facility., 今日の日本では、超高齢化社会を迎え、要援護高齢者並びに特別養護老人ホームが年々著増している。また、介護職員の需要は年々増加しており、今後もますます必要性が高まると予測されている。その一方で、介護職員は「3K労働(きつい、汚い、経済収入が低い)」といわれ、失業率が高い世の中にあっても、特別養護老人ホームでは介護職員不足を解消できない状況である。そこで本研究では、介護職の就労継続に焦点を当て、大阪市内の特別養護老人ホーム83施設の施設長並びに介護職員を対象にインタビュー調査(FGI:フォーカス・グループ・インタビュー)を実施し、以下の点を明らかにした。①施設長と介護職員の間には、「福利厚生」「退職理由」や「就労継続要因」に対する考え方に相違が見られた。②各施設では、「就労継続」に対する様々な取り組みが行われていた。}, pages = {38--43}, title = {介護職員の就労継続に関する調査研究 : 特別養護老人ホームの職員に対するインタビュー調査報告}, volume = {13}, year = {2014} }
