In addition, the demand for nursing care workers is increasing in Japan, and this need is predicted to increase year after year for the foreseeable future. On the other hand, being a nursing care worker is said to be“ triply arduous（ hard work, dirty work, low income）”, and even though the separation rate is high, the shortage of nursing staff for special nursing homes cannot be resolved. Therefore, in this study we focused on the continuation of employment in nursing care work, and carried out interview survey（ FGI：focus group interviews） of the institutional administrators and nursing care workers from 83 special nursing homes in Osaka City. The results indicated that　: ［１］ There was a difference in the perceptions of such“ welfare program”,“ Termination reason”, “factors affecting continuation of employment”, between the institutional heads and the nursing care staff. ［２］ There were various efforts for “factors affecting continuation of employment”, conducted in the each
