大学体育、とくに大学教養体育は危機の時代を迎えている。その原因は多岐に渡っているが、(1) 安易なシーズン・スポーツの導入、(2) Do Sports から See Sports へなど、平常の授業を軽視した取り組みが大きな原因となっている。大学体育は、小、中、高等学校までの体育を総合して、より一層運動の楽しさを体感させることが大切である。そのためには、これまで行われてきた「モダンスポーツ」(競い合いを中心としたスポーツ) だけでなく、「コンテンポラリースポーツ」(自分自身や仲間を知り、自然を中心としたスポーツ)の魅力も体感させることが大切である。このような考え方で、本学体育教育課程を3年間実施した結果、学生の体育授業に対する意識が大きく変容した。体育に対する否定的な意見が減少し、新しいスポーツ教材の魅力を体感するものが増加した。その変化をカラーで把握する手法によると、否定的カラーが減少し、肯定的カラーが増加した。 |

University physical education, especially that involved in general education programs, is facing its crisis these days. Among wide variety of factors of the problems, disregard for ordinary lessons such as (1) an easy introduction of season sports and (2) a change from sports to do to sports to see is considered to be one of the largest factors. We believe that the task of university physical education is to condense what students experienced at primary school, middle school and senior school and provide them with chances to experience more enjoyment of exercising. For that purpose, we need to have students to understand the attractiveness of contemporary sports (for understanding oneself and others and experience the greatness of nature) not only to deal with modern sports (mainly competitive). In this way, We have tried curriculum for three years. As for the student's feeling of Physical Education have gradually changed. Negative opinions to Physical Education decreased and they comprehend new feeling of Physical Education. Depends on the color-therapy, the negative colors decreased and affirmative colors increased. |
