| 内容記述 | Today’s Japan is a welfare state, and the government performs various social welfare policies to realize it. The social welfare has a wide concept, in which there are many policies that concept, in which there are many policies that it intends for. The writer thinks that the thought “taken it for granted “that policy makers and social welfare professionals unconsciously lies in the bottom of each policy in social welfare policies. Based on such a hypothesis, the writer demands the answer from “a modern family” by this report and arranges its history and the problems. In this report, the writer states that“ the modern family” gives big influence to Japanese social welfare policies sequentially while changing form in today. As the conclusion, those who are engaged with social welfare become more self-awareness to “modern family” image”, and appeals for necessity to hold out their helping hands to the minority who are excluded from our society. As a conclusion, the writer states that the necessity of the training of the social welfare workers, for which we have to establish a new family image and where they live in a diverse living way beyond the“ modern family image” as well as training of social workers who acquired the policy of the gender equality in the true meaning . |

| 内容記述 | 今日の日本は福祉国家であり、それを実現するために政府は様々な社会福祉政策を行っている。社会福祉は幅の広い概念であり、それが対象とする政策も数多く存在する。そのような中、筆者は社会福祉政策には、政策立案者や社会福祉専門職者が無意識のうちに「当然」と考えている思想が各々の政策に通底しているのではないかと考える。そうした仮説に基づき、本稿ではその答えを「近代家族」に求め、その歴史と課題を整理する。本稿の中では、「近代家族」は今日においても形を変えながら、日本の社会福祉政策に大きな影響を及ぼしていることを順次述べていく。また、結論として、社会福祉に関係する職業に携わるものは、「近代家族」像に対しより自覚的になり、その規範から外れたマイノリティに対しても支援の手を差し伸べる必要性を訴える。さらに、今後は「近代家族」を超え多様な生き方を認める新たな家族像を確立していくことを求め、それと同時に新たな家族像に立脚した、本当の意味での男女平等の政策とそれを身に付けた社会福祉従事者の養成の必要性を述べる。 | |||||||||
