This study aimed to investigate athletes’ supports and examine their injury tendencies as well as the need for athletic rehabilitation in the Niigata University of Health and Welfare. Subjects included those who utilized athletic rehabilitation supports in the 2012 and 2013 sports season. We calculated the total numbers of men and women, sports, body parts, and body parts by sport. In both years, there were approximately 1,000 cases. In the 2013 season, the total number of female athletes was greater than that of male athletes. There were the most female basketball players and the least number of female swimmers. Knee injuries were the most numerous, followed by ankles, low backs, and shoulders. There were more thigh injuries in track and field than in other sports. In basketball, there were more ankle injuries in men and knee injuries in women. In soccer, there were more ankle and low back injuries in female athletes. In volleyball, there more knee and ankle injuries. This study indicated the great need for athletic rehabilitation supports for college athletes. There was a particularly great need for supports for female athletes with lowerlimb injuries. |

本研究では、新潟医療福祉大学におけるアスリートサポートの現状を明らかにし、アスリートの外傷・障害の傾向やアスレティックリハビリテーションサポートの必要性を検討することを目的とした。2012年4 月から2014年3 月まで（2012年度および2013年度）に新潟医療福祉大学コンディショニングエリアにアスレティックリハビリテーションを目的とした来室者を調査対象とした。対象者の年間総利用者数（総数、男女別）、競技別利用者数、部位別件数（2013年度のみ）、競技別部位別件数（2013年度のみ）の集計を行った。いずれの年も1,000件前後の利用者数があり、2013年度は女性の利用者数が特に多かった。競技別では、いずれの年も女子バスケットの利用者が最も多かった。水泳部はいずれの年も利用者が少ない傾向であった。部位別では、膝が最も多く、続いて足、腰、肩の件数が多かった。バスケットボールでは男子において足の件数が、女子において膝の件数が多かった。陸上では男女とも大腿部の件数が他競技に比較して多い傾向であった。また、陸上女子では男子に比較して腰の件数が多かった。サッカーでは男女とも足の件数が多かった。女子サッカーでは腰の件数も多かった。女子バレーボールでは膝、足の件数が多かった。 |
