| 内容記述 | 新潟医療福祉大学学長及び新潟医療福祉学会会頭に就任時の2010年、「基本に戻った組織づくりと10年後の到達目標」を公表した。10年目を迎えた現在、その自己点検・評価を行った。2010年時点で定めた到達目標は以下の通りである。①学長として：学長就任時に「学長マニフェスト」を発表し「三つの約束」をした。「一人一人がQOLを実感できる大学づくり」、「基本に戻った教学組織づくり」、「面倒見の良い大学を目指した教学組織づくり」である。この約束を果たす為に、個別に目標を定めた。②会頭として：学会は大学とは独立した組織であるが、大学とは一心同体、運命共同体であると位置づけた。そして和文誌及び英文誌とも質の向上を今後の課題とした。点検・評価結果をまとめると、学長として担当した教学マネジメント分野では、掲げた到達目標はほぼ達成できた。しかし会頭として担当した学会活動では、到達できた目標は約半数に止まった。今回の点検・評価は過去10年間（2010～2019）の総括であったが、その意義は今後10年間の展望を示すことにあると考える。1 点のみ情報提供をする。本学開設の2001年から2019年までの年次別在籍学生数の推移をもとに、その推移をゴンぺルツ曲線に近似させ、2030年における学生数を推定した。分析の結果、今までの成功体験に固執すると“成功の復讐”に遭う危険があると考察する。危険を防止するため我々自身の意識改革を強く求めたい。 The purpose of this paper is to self-reflect and evaluate my management policies and target figures over the past ten years when I was the President of Niigata University of Health and Welfare and the President of Niigata Society of Health and Welfare. My self-inspection/assessment revealed that most of the targets were attained satisfactorily in the field of education and research. However, in the field of academic society only half of the targets were attained from a subjective point of view. In my self-assessment procedures, I used Gompertz curve analysis to foresee the total number of students to gradually increase year by year up to 2030. Then based on my analytical findings, this trend may discontinue and create a kind of “adverse effect” on the enrollment of students, if innovative measures are not devised in a timely way. |
